  My professor referred me to this lawyer. I thought that it was a blessing but soon realized that it wasn't. First of all I was told that a consultation with him would be $250 which I provided only to be able to speak with one of his associates that appeared to not be familiar with cases like mine or have enough knowledge to help my case. Where was Mr. Agranoff, I know you are guessing? He came out of his office to sit at the computer in the waiting room while his associate spoke with me in his office. Completely disrespectful! Even after I was treated this way I still referred a friend there because of the reviews he has and was told that he is not taking anymore cases because he is retiring. Which seems to be a lie because I called the office and they do not even have a set date in mind on when he will be retiring. I would never recommend another person to use his or his associates services especially if you are a person of color. I believe the whole business is racist. Oh, I almost forgot, I was given an estimate for a retainer of $10,000. After making one other phone call I got an attorney for $1,000 who's business has been around for over 35 years and he is well respected. That is a $9,000 difference and he isn't racist when it comes to money. With that being said, if you want an unprofessional lawyer that charges high prices and is racist, Mr. Aggranoff will be the best fit for you.
